What & why
This game is a great way to kick-off a workshop or sprint where you want to bring in some good energy right from the get-go. It's all about being bodily active, laugh and keeping a playful mindset – and this quick exercise will definitely make people forget about whatever work is ahead of them for a moment.
Here's how to play it. There are three rounds. In each round, the facilitator explains the rules (see below), then lets the participants walk amongst each other while loudly counting down from 10 to 0.
