What & why
Before deep diving into your futures session, it's important that your whole team understands why you’re setting out to do this, and what you hope to achieve from it. Shaping futures can be quite fluffy in itself, so be sharp in your focus and make sure everyone begins on the same page with the same strategic goals in mind.
How
Define the playing field by explaining to your participants loud and clear: Why are we doing this session? Then, either in a presentation format or by facilitating a group discussion, answer the bullet points below. Only then should you continue on your upcoming adventures!
