What & why
This activity is great for two things; dividing people into groups randomly, or for a bigger group to get to know each other a little bit better.
How
Ask everyone to stand in a line depending on different parameters. If you're doing the activity in order to create groups, just come up with one question to help form the line once and then count to give each participant a group number. If you're doing it as an ice-breaker session, make multiple rounds. Here are four examples of parameters that will make the line increasingly more and more difficult, abstract and fun to form. You can decide to make more or less questions depending on the time you have available.
