What & why
This short and sweet energiser activates everyone's bodies, sparks laughter and creates a fun atmosphere. It can work as a morning booster or in the middle of a long work day.
Go 2 and 2 together (ask people to find someone they don't know that well). In each pair, one person starts out by being 'the hand'. That means they reach up one of their hands, and the other person has to follow it with their face at about 30 centimetres' distance at all times. Give the participants approximately 2 minutes to go around 'being the hand' and 'following the hand'. The 'hand' controls the tempo and flow.
