What & why
This activity is a very sweet, tangible and colourful way to end off a longer workshop, sprint or a collaborative session. The idea is that everyone writes down a word or sentence of appreciation for each of their team members and then places the notes on them.
How
Provide all participants with a pen and post-its in different colours (this will make the activity look really good). Each participant needs to have as many post-its as there are team members. Now, ask everyone to walk around amongst each other.
