It is all about creating a sense of connectedness by building yourself and your relation to either the team and/or project in order to better understand the journey you're embarking on.
How
Bring the team together and provide everyone with some clay and a surface to form their creations on. It is now time to build yourself and your relation to the team and/or a challenge in clay – with your eyes closed! The activity is not about creating something pretty as much as it's about reflecting on yourself, who you are, your goals and the obstacles that are in your way.
