Give greater context to your future world by rapidly prototyping the products, apps and service experiences that might become commonplace there. For example, take a shopping experience and think about what products and services might be needed by users in this future. Place yourself in their shoes, empathise and interpret how it will feel to exist in your future, and what you should do as an organisation to position yourself in it.
Get everyone to design a prototype or sketch of a product and/or service that is needed in your future. This might seem like a difficult task to do, but try to make it as simple and playful as possible, so people don't overthink their choices. Make it into a "rapid prototyping" session where you work in short, timed sprints of activity.
